Our Opportunity

Work Location: Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.

Roster: 7D7N14R - FIFO ex Perth or Busselton

A unique opportunity to join our Tyre Fitting team at our Christmas Creek mine site, with full on-the-job training and coaching provided.

Key Responsibilities

All aspects of tyre maintenance on heavy mobile equipment and light vehicles
Carrying out routine maintenance and inspections to the required standard of performance and safety
Work in accordance with Fortescue procedures and work instructions
Absolute commitment to safety and following site safety procedures.
Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience

Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology (AUR2190) or equivalent - OTR essential
Have a high regard to safety
Current Drivers License
Previous Tyre Fitting experience, preferably in a mining environment
