Tyre Supervisor

This is a DIDO opportunity on a 7/7 roster, offering a great work-life balance while working on a well-established mine site with a high-performing team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will lead the tyre management function across a large-scale mining fleet. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, maximising tyre life, and driving performance across all tyre-related activities onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tyre fitting and maintenance activities across the fleet
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and site requirements
• Monitor tyre performance, wear rates, and cost efficiency
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the tyre crew
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to optimise equipment availability
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation

About You

• Proven experience in a Tyre Supervisor role within mining or heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of OTR tyres and heavy mobile equipment
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Solid organisational and communication skills
• Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
• G189 and G2
