Tritton Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.

About the Role

We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join the team based at our Tritton Operation as a Travel & Accommodation Advisor. This permanent full time role may be DIDO or residential.

In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you’ll coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors — ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and cost-effective. You’ll work closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel providers to manage flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations, and workforce movements with precision and exceptional customer service. From mobilisation and onboarding to roster transitions and operational continuity, you’ll be at the centre of delivering smooth workforce logistics that support site success every day. You will also work closely with our Senior Site Administrator, providing cover for each other during rostered absences.

What you bring

• Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, or accommodation management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.

Desirable

• Previous experience within mining, FIFO, or remote operations.
• Experience using travel booking and workforce management systems.
• Understanding of mining rosters and mobilisation requirements.
• Exposure to accommodation forecasting and workforce logistics.
