About the Role

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training Advisor to support a mining operation in Western Australia. This is a Perth-based role responsible for developing and maintaining training systems, programs, and documentation that support a remote site operation. Working closely with site stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring training is structured, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training systems
• Develop and maintain training programs
• Develop and maintain training documentation
• Collaborate with site stakeholders
• Ensure training is structured and compliant
• Align training with operational requirements

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in a Training Advisor or Training Coordinator role within mining or heavy industry
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
• Experience developing training packages, competency frameworks, and training matrices
• Strong understanding of learning management systems and training compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and remote site personnel
• Excellent written communication and document development skills
