About the Role
We are seeking experienced Trainers/Assessors to join our team on a permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in assessing new employees, as well as upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe, effective, and engaging training to our operators, ensuring compliance with site and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess new employees
- Upskill our production workforce
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging training to our operators
- Ensure compliance with site and industry standards
About You / Requirements
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment TAE40116
- Previous experience in providing training on open cut mine sites
- RII competencies for a broad range of production equipment
- NSW Drivers' Licence
