About the Role

EOI - Trainer. We're looking for an experienced Trainer to support the rollout of a new e-Permitting system across Iron Ore operations. This role will focus on developing and delivering training for operational personnel, ensuring users can confidently navigate the system and apply permit-to-work and isolation processes in day-to-day operations, maintenance activities and shutdowns. Location: Perth-based with regular site travel.

About You / Requirements

• Experience delivering training in operational or safety-critical environments.
• A solid understanding of Permit to Work, Isolation and/or Shutdown processes.
• Experience supporting the rollout of new systems, processes or technology.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, from frontline teams to project personnel.

Desirable

• Experience with e-Permitting or digital Permit to Work systems.
• Mining, resources or heavy industry experience.
• Exposure to shutdowns or major maintenance environments.
