About the Role

As a local Trades Assistant you will be assisting various trades, operate a forklift and ensure work is completed safely, effectively and to the required standard for the relevant outage works.

About You / Requirements

• Site Proficient: Have experience working as a Trade Assistant within a heavy industry environment.
• Technically Proficient: Experienced in the safe use of hand tools and equipment required to perform tasks.
• Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
• Site Qualifications:
  • White Card
  • Working at Heights (within 2 years)
  • Confined Space (within 2 years)
  • Gas Test Atmosphere (within 2 years)
  • ESC (Explosives Security Clearance) – or willing to obtain
  • High Risk Work Licence with Forklift (LF) and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) is advantageous.
