Trade Engagement Coordinator

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Trade Engagement Coordinator to join our existing team working from our Perth CBD Head Office from Monday to Friday.

In this permanent full-time role, you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for all trade personnel
• Review, manage and plan work engagements with personnel using internal software packages
• Regularly engaging with personnel to ensuring their work preferences and availabilities are current
• Work closely with our internal planning team to ensure shared goals are achieved

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

• A sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
• Be people focused, providing genuine empathy and care for employees
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining accurate data entry in a face paced environment
• Be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
