About the Role

The opportunity We are looking for a detail focused Time Capture Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities team within the Support Services Hub.

In this role you will support accurate timesheet processing and payroll outcomes across operational sites. You will work closely with Site Coordinators, supervisors and payroll teams to ensure workforce data is complete, accurate and submitted on time.

Please note we have multiple roles available in Brisbane. One of these opportunities will require regular travel to regional site locations however this can be discussed in further detail during the recruitment process.

What we are looking for

• Experience in payroll administration or workforce time capture • Strong understanding of timesheet processing and payroll inputs • Experience with systems such as Kronos, WebTimes or similar • High attention to detail and accuracy with workforce data • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability • Ability to work to deadlines in a high volume environment • Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar workflow tools is desirable
