We’re looking for a proactive Testing Coordinator to support our drug and alcohol testing program across Western Australia — helping keep our people safe, supported, and compliant.

Reporting to the Senior Injury Management Advisor, this is a hands‑on role within the Safety, Security & Risk Team, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement, and structured processes.

Location:  South Guildford (travel to other metro locations as required)

Roster: 4 days per week, 6 hours per day  - flexible with start and finish times

What You Wil Do:

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and deliver the drug and alcohol testing program across WA sites
  • Generate random testing lists and manage testing schedules
  • Oversee drug and alcohol testing in line with policy and Australian Standards (AS/NZS 4308:2008)
  • Liaise with site leaders, managers, employees, and external pathology providers
  • Interpret test results and provide recommendations in consultation with People Relations, line managers, and the Senior Injury Management Advisor
  • Maintain accurate, confidential testing records and registers
  • Provide reporting and insights on testing outcomes
  • Support improvements to testing processes and practices
  • Educate leaders and employees on drug and alcohol policies and procedures

What You Will Bring:

You’re calm under pressure, highly organised, and trusted with sensitive matters. You’ll also have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative support role (HR experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of legislation, policies, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Well‑developed problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Additional requirement:

  • Willingness to complete HLTPAT005 – Collect Pathology Specimens Other Than Blood
