The Opportunity

We're inviting capable technology and construction solutions professionals to join us as a Technology Support Advisor, delivering support across customer and branch locations throughout QLD and surrounding regions. As a key player, you'll help support Komatsu's construction technology and digital product offering, including:

• Machine guidance and machine control solutions for excavators and dozers.
• Smart construction and digital site technologies that support accurate project delivery.
• Fleet management and production-focused technology systems used across customer operations.

As the go-to expert, you'll provide technical support to internal teams and customers, guiding them through product demonstrations, delivery and handover, system setup, training, and ongoing field support.

• Serves as a primary technical liaison between customers, sales, service teams and Komatsu for construction technology solutions.
• Provides specialist product demonstrations, delivery, handover, training and support for Komatsu technology products.
• Supports the sales process through technical discussions, solution guidance and customer workflow alignment.
• Assists internal teams with machine build, setup, calibration and field implementation of technology systems.
• Maintains strong working relationships across branches and customer sites while supporting adoption, performance and issue resolution.
• Contributes to ongoing product knowledge through testing, proof of concept activity and regular communication with the wider team.

**Role Located:**Wacol office base, with light travel across QLD and Northern NSW region and on-site customer support.

What we are looking for:

• Possess relevant experience in construction technology, machine guidance,machine control, surveying, or related technical field support roles.
• A Trade qualification with relevant industry experience as a Field Service Technician would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to support, troubleshoot and explain digital site systems or technology-enabled equipment.
• Desirable experience with Topcon, Trimble, Leica or similar construction technology platforms.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot technical system issues, while providing practical and effective solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with customer workflows across civil construction, earthmoving or related environments will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in building strong relationships and communicating confidently with customers, sales teams, service teams and peers.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage travel and coordinate priorities in a busy, fast-paced role.
• A commitment to HSE by demonstrating safe behaviour & HSE compliance at all times.
