About the Role
We're seeking motivated and reliable Supporting Hand to join our team working on the Southeast Water (SEW) network, based in Dandenong South, VIC.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the water industry. You'll work alongside experienced crews, assisting with a variety of maintenance and construction activities that help keep essential water and wastewater services operating safely and efficiently.
As part of a 24/7 reactive maintenance contract, flexibility is required to work across day shift, afternoon shift and on-call rosters.

About You / Requirements
- Site Proficient: Prior Experience in civil excavation works related to water or wastewater reticulation systems. Ability to address customer and public issues on site. Willingness to take part in an after-hours roster.
- Team Oriented: Have an ability to work effectively within a team with well-developed communication skills and a commitment to safety.
- Site Qualifications: Drivers Licence and/or MR Truck Licence, White Card, Excavator/Backhoe Licence, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years validity).
- Pre-employment Checks: Hold full working rights in Australia, complete a pre-employment medical and a Driver’s Licence and working with children check.
