We're looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our Gladstone workshop team, maintaining and repairing industry-leading earthmoving equipment while supporting some of Australia's most important industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing earthmoving equipment
• Completing servicing, inspections, and breakdown repairs
• Producing accurate service reports and documentation
• Ordering and managing parts requirements
• Supporting apprentices and sharing technical knowledge
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship

**Role Located:**Gladstone or Rockhampton

Roster: 7:7 day shift with the occasional night shift

What we are looking for:

You'll be a trade-qualified technician with:

• Experience repairing and maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Komatsu equipment and systems (highly regarded)

Desirable

• Experience with Komatsu equipment or electric drive trucks**.**
• Exposure to mining or heavy industry environments.

You will be required to obtain a coal board medical and S11 certification.
