Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities within a busy, high-volume environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, candidates and external providers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
Based in a Perth CBD head office, you’ll play a key role in keeping recruitment campaigns moving, ensuring compliance and delivering a standout candidate journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment administration and acting as a key point of contact for candidates
  • Managing pre-employment processes including medicals, background checks and assessments
  • Preparing and issuing employment offers while maintaining accurate and compliant records
  • Coordinating onboarding and mobilisation (PPE, travel, accommodation, documentation)
  • Scheduling interviews, managing calendars and supporting recruitment campaigns
  • Supporting high-volume recruitment activities including screening and candidate engagement
  • Assisting with talent sourcing, talent pooling and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Delivering a positive candidate experience through clear, proactive communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration or similar
  • Exposure to onboarding, mobilisation or high-volume recruitment environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate documentation
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously

The Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6-month casual contract
  • Roster: Monday to Friday (7.6-hour days)
