About the Role

MLG Oz is growing, and we’re looking for two talented Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our team!

We have two exciting opportunities available, offering the chance to join an expanding business and make a real impact across our recruitment function.

Position 1: Talent Acquisition Advisor – Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a busy recruitment workload, building strong relationships and finding the right people for the right opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles
• Source and identify high-quality candidates
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
• Support the wider Talent Acquisition team as the business continues to grow

Position 2: Talent Acquisition Advisor – Fixed Term Maternity Cover

We’re also seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a busy recruitment portfolio and step into an established team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
• Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Ensure recruitment activity is delivered efficiently and within required timeframes
• Provide recruitment support across the wider business

What We’re Looking For

---

For both positions, you’ll bring:

• Previous recruitment experience – essential
• Strong communication and people skills
• The ability to build genuine relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Pronto & MYOSH experience – desirable, but not essential

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys a challenge, works well under pressure and can keep pace with an ever-expanding and fast-moving business.
