We are currently recruiting for a Sustainability Administrator to join our Sustainability team. Reporting to the Superintendent – Sustainability Systems and Compliance, this role is responsible for providing professional administrative support across sustainability systems, reporting, compliance activities, and day-to-day operations, helping the team work efficiently and effectively.
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Wednesday from our Perth office. This part-time opportunity has become available as part of a job share arrangement, with the existing team member transitioning to a reduced work schedule to pursue further academic studies.
About the Role
- Support sustainability systems including INX, SAP, SharePoint and Contractor Management System
- Assist with system licence and subscription management
- Maintain sustainability documentation, manuals and procedures
- Prepare and distribute Health, Safety and Environmental reports and data summaries
- Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes and action items
- Prepare reports, presentations and other team documentation
- Provide SAP support including purchase requests, purchase orders and invoice processing
- Assist with budget administration and contract management activities
- Coordinate travel and logistics for the team
- Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental records and document archives
- Provide general administrative support across the Sustainability team
- Collaborate with site stakeholders to support sustainability initiatives and compliance activities.
About You

- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- SAP experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using Health, Safety and Environmental Management systems such as INX software or similar systems
- Previous experience working within a health and safety, sustainability or site-based environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to working in line with AGA's values and contributing to a positive team culture
- Current and ongoing valid permanent work rights in Australia (mandatory)
