We currently have an opportunity for a Supply Support Lead based in Adelaide to support Defence Space Branch (SDACSPO) projects.

About the Role

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply governance, inventory management, and distribution activities in line with CASG requirements
• Manage contractor supply support activities, ensuring compliance with plans, processes, and reporting requirements
• Oversee facilities and warehousing requirements including storage, HazChem handling, and material support equipment
• Conduct supply support analysis, codification, cataloguing, and ERP data management (e.g. BoM, configuration baseline)
• Identify and manage risks, support sustainment transition activities, and provide advice to key stakeholders including IPSM

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience in Supply Support, ILS, or Logistics within Defence or CASG environments
• Strong understanding of supply governance, configuration management, and ERP systems (e.g. Maximo, Windchill, ERP)
• Experience managing contractor performance and reviewing technical documentation (e.g. FRAR, RPL, CDRLs)
• Ability to lead warehousing, inventory, disposal, and distribution functions across complex programs
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to identify risks and deliver practical solutions
• Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain an AGSVA Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
• In some instances, compliance with ITAR requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
