About the Role

We are looking for a capable and self-motivated Supply Officer to join our Mt Magnet Gold Mine team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a genuinely autonomous role. You will own the day-to-day operation of the site warehouse, managing everything from inventory and goods receiving to freight coordination and purchasing. On weekends, you will be the sole operator on site, so the ability to work independently and use good judgement is essential.

Reporting to the Supply Superintendent, you will be well supported by a collaborative team and a manager who values initiative, reliability, and a willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels; conduct regular inventory counts and audits to minimise variance and prevent stock outages
  • Manage bulk diesel and reagent inventories; deliver daily consumption and stock level reports to suppliers
  • Unload and load trucks; safely coordinate all freight and logistics movements in line with site policies
  • Carry out goods receiving including robust 3-way checks; pick and process picking slips; report any shortages, damage or specification issues promptly
  • Organise, label, and maintain all warehouse storage areas in compliance with dangerous goods legislation
  • Generate and manage purchase orders; maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure technical specifications are met
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and provide timely end-of-month reporting
  • Service internal customers and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships across site
  • Conduct regular audits of infrastructure and plant; maintain high standards of housekeeping
  • Comply with all Health, Safety, Environment and Legal obligations; proactively identify and report hazards

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a site-based supply, warehousing, or logistics role
  • Current LF Class (forklift) WorkSafe High Risk Work Licence
  • Manual 'C' Class Western Australian Driver's Licence
  • National Police Clearance (required for site access)
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and unsupervised; self-directed with strong initiative
  • Strong attention to detail; accurate in goods receiving, inventory management, and purchase order processing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; solid numeracy and written communication skills
  • ERP experience (Pronto and/or Mindsight) highly regarded
  • DG Storage and Handling qualification and Chain of Responsibility knowledge an advantage
  • Mining or resources sector background preferred but not essential
