Job Statement

We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Supply Officer to join our operations team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, this role is offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth to Leonora, with bus transport provided to site.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and logistics that keep our mining operations operating safely and effectively.

As a key member of the warehouse and supply team, you will be responsible for day-to-day warehousing activities including receipting and dispatch, inventory management, materials coordination, cycle counting, and supporting operational maintenance requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure continuity of supply across site operations.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely receiving, unloading, receipting, and storing incoming materials
• Coordinating freight, logistics, and dispatch activities
• Managing inventory levels and supporting stock control processes
• Completing cycle counts, stock investigations, and inventory reconciliations
• Supporting rotable management and back freight requirements
• Creating and managing purchase requisitions
• Providing timely support and communication to operational stakeholders
• Maintaining warehouse standards, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across the supply function

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in warehouse or supply operations within mining or heavy industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate stock handling
• Forklift and/or reach forklift operating experience
• Sound understanding of inventory management principles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
• Current High Risk Forklift Licence

Experience with Pronto ERP systems, MRP processes, and rotable management will be highly regarded.
