About the Company
Programmed Energy & Resources has recently secured a significant structural asset integrity contract with one of our leading mining clients in the Goldfields region, creating exciting opportunities for skilled trades and leadership personnel to join our growing team!
About the Role
We're seeking experienced and motivated Supervisors, Boilermakers, and Paint Blasters, who are available for an immediate start, for ongoing FIFO positions ex Perth. This is your chance to secure consistent work on a major project while enjoying competitive pay rates and roster flexibility.
Competitive flat hourly rates starting from:
- Supervisors: $100 per hour
- Boilermakers: $80 per hour
- Paint Blasters: $75 per hour
What's on Offer?

- FIFO from Perth to the Goldfields region
- 12-hour day shifts
- Standard 8:6 roster with flexibility to accommodate your preferences where possible

We're Looking For People Who:
- Have demonstrated mining, maintenance or shutdown experience
- Can work safely and productively within a high-performing team
- Take pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Are ready to commit to ongoing project work
Essential Requirements
- WA C-Class Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
- National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Additional Requirements:
- Boilermakers: Australian Trade Certificate
- Supervisors: Current Section 26 Qualification & Australian Tarde Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence - highly regarded
