We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Commercial team in Maddington. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity offering stability, a supportive environment, and convenient onsite parking.
Reporting to the Group Manager – Supply Chain, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate management of inventory, freight, storage, and distribution activities. You will also lead and mentor a small team, driving high performance and continuous improvement across warehouse operations.
About the Role
- Lead warehouse services that support Supply Chain operations and business activities.
- Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
- Train, mentor and motivate warehouse staff to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Reconcile physical and digital inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage freight unloading, backload dispatch, and delivery docket processing.
- Maintain organised laydown yards and day stores stock levels.
- Generate weekly inventory re‑order reports and manage fuel key access.
- Support after‑hours emergency purchasing when required.
About You
- Extensive experience in warehousing within the mining or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and influencing teams.
- Proven ability to build strong internal customer relationships.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and ideally Pronto.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Licences
- C‑Class Driver’s Licence
- Forklift Licence
Desirable
- Certificate in Storage & Handling of Dangerous Goods
- Chain of Responsibility certification
- Certificate III in Warehouse & Distribution
