The Opportunity:

As a Supply Supervisor, you will lead the site supply function to ensure materials and services are available when needed. Working closely with operational and maintenance teams, you will support safe production and help keep site operations running efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Minimise mining and processing downtime through proactive management of critical spares and consumables.
  • Provide operational guidance, safety leadership, and mentoring to team members.
  • Manage warehouse inventory, including receipting, issuing, and stock control in SAP.
  • Support end‑of‑month fuel and reagent reconciliations in collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements.
  • Prepare, analyse, and distribute supply and inventory reports as required.
  • Build strong working relationships with planning, maintenance, and operational teams.
  • Liaise regularly with Perth Supply Chain Purchasing, Inventory, and Contracts teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior supply or warehouse role.
  • Strong team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • SAP or similar ERP system experience highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics (Warehousing & Storage).
  • Current driver’s licence, Forklift High‑Risk Work Licence and Senior First Aid.
  • Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification.
