Supervisor / Project Engineer - TSF Project

Work Type: Contract
Roster: 8/6 FIFO
Assignment: 12 months potential to extend
Rate: $88-$90

The Opportunity

An opportunity is available for an experienced Supervisor/ Project Engineer with a strong civil background to support a Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) project on an 8/6 FIFO roster. This opportunity would suit an experienced civil professional with project engineering and/or superintendent-level experience who is comfortable working within a site-based project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of civil works associated with the TSF project
• Provide project engineering and/or superintendent-level support across site activities
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant site stakeholders
• Support the safe and effective delivery of project works
• Monitor project activities and assist with resolving issues as they arise
• Maintain effective communication across the project and site teams

About You

• Previous experience as a Supervisor and/or Project Engineer
• Previous TSF experience will be highly regarded
• Strong civil project experience
• Experience working on mining or resources projects
• Ability to work effectively within a site-based project environment
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work an 8/6 FIFO roster
