About the Role

Lead production to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Byerwen. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the productivity of dozers, drills, and load-and-haul activities
• Identify deviations from KPIs and implement corrective actions to address them
• Promote the safe operation of plant and equipment to prevent damage, misuse, and safety incidents
• Maintain short-interval control boards and provide feedback to the crew on performance.
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected

• Leadership experience in surface mining production
• Ability to build trust, set standards and make clear decisions
• Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder skills
• Commitment to safe, high-quality delivery
