• MinRes are seeking experienced Mining Supervisors to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), at our owner operator Lithium projects.
• Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you will guide, mentor, and lead a crew of up to 40 operators to reach our production targets safely and on time.
• Roster: 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1).
• Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost
• Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce
• Providing technical and practical support to operators
• Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives
• Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service

What is required?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a Mining and Production Environment
• Demonstrated 2 years’ supervisory experience in an open pit environment
• Hold a Statutory – Schedule 26
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero harm culture
• Diploma of Surface Mining Operations (desirable)
• Quarry Manager certificate (desirable)
