Macmahon Maintenance Masters is Macmahon’s internal field service division, providing support to Macmahon's surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day.

About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team; lead the Team to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Nifty Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.
Role Details and Benefits
• Location: Nifty
• Roster: 8/6
• Rates: Up to $96 per hour (temp to perm)
• 6-month contract – with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
