The Opportunity
Komatsu’s Campbellfield branch is seeking a Supervisor Field Service to lead and coordinate all Field Service operations across Campbellfield and the Western Districts of Victoria. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for safe, efficient and quality service delivery while supporting a team of 12 technicians.
This is a key leadership position focused on workflow planning, customer communication, compliance and ensuring all work is completed and invoiced accurately and on time. You will champion our Customer Support Charter, support training needs, and uphold high standards of safety, governance and financial discipline.
For someone with strong technical experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment and proven leadership capability, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a broader supervisory role and shape the performance and culture of a large field service team.
**Role Located:**Campbellfield Branch Roster: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Experience in service coordination and or scheduling
- Experience working within automotive, heavy equipment or mechanical related industry
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Current driver licence or MR licence
