The opportunity

Not all Supervisor roles are created equal.

Some are spent chasing paperwork. This isn't one of them.

We're looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to join our Power Systems team, leading crews and subcontractors on substation projects that keep communities, industries and businesses powered. 

This is a casual FIFO opportunity on a 10/4 roster, where you'll be trusted to run the day-to-day site operations, make decisions, solve problems and create an environment where people can do their best work safely. 

You'll be the person keeping projects moving, crews aligned and clients confident that the job is getting done right.

What you'll do

• Lead site crews and subcontractors across substation construction projects
• Coordinate daily work activities, resources, plant and materials
• Drive a strong Zero Harm culture through visible leadership onsite
• Monitor site progress and keep projects on track against key milestones
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
• Review drawings, scopes and construction documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and right first time

What we're looking for

• Previous experience supervising construction, utilities, energy or infrastructure projects
• Strong background managing subcontractors and field-based workforces
• Ability to lead from the front and build high-performing teams
• Experience coordinating resources, schedules and project delivery activities
• Strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements
• White Card and Driver's Licence
• Experience delivering substation or power infrastructure projects highly regarded
