We're seeking an experienced Projects Superintendent to lead the planning and execution of underground and surface infrastructure projects at Beta Hunt Mine.

Working on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth, you'll coordinate project crews, contractors, and site stakeholders to deliver civil, mine infrastructure, and sustaining capital works safely, on schedule, and to budget.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Projects Superintendent to lead the planning and execution of underground and surface infrastructure projects at Beta Hunt Mine. You will oversee civil, mine services and sustaining capital works to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise project crews across a range of underground and surface infrastructure projects
• Coordinate civil, construction, and mine services works from planning through to completion
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and company procedures
• Work closely with Mining, Maintenance, Technical Services, and contractor teams to deliver project outcomes
• Manage project schedules, resources, and workforce requirements
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reporting
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and project administration activities
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety culture across all project work

About You

• Previous experience in a Projects Superintendent, Project Supervisor, or similar role within underground mining
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure, civil, or capital projects in a mining environment
• Previous Experience with Pronto & INX (Advantageous)
• Strong understanding of underground mining operations and mine infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational capability
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards

Qualifications

• WA Statutory Supervisor Certificate (or equivalent)
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
• Working at Heights Certification
• Current Driver's Licence (MR desirable)
• WA Underground Shift Supervisor's Certificate of Competency highly regarded
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
