Structures Supervisor

IntroductionDue to growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join one of Queensland's most successful privately-owned construction companies on a major luxury residential development in North Brisbane. With a reputation for delivering premium multi-residential and mixed-use projects, our client continues to secure high-profile work across South East Queensland and offers excellent career stability and progression.About this role Reporting in to the Site Manager & Project Manager, your dutuies will include:

Manage all structural works from commencement through to completion. Coordinate concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning, and associated trades. Drive programme outcomes and maintain productivity targets. Ensure safety standards are upheld across all site activities. Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project milestones. Monitor quality outcomes and resolve construction issues proactively.

Is this you?

Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial or multi-residential projects. Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies. Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively. Excellent communication and planning skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
