About the Role

2 x High Reach Forklift / Pickers and 2 x Despatch Operators to join the team on an ongoing casual basis (long-term). Working in a clean, modern distribution centre, you’ll be handling products commonly found in large hardware stores—such as paint, gardening supplies, soil, and general hardware items.

High Reach Forklift Operators

• Operating Toyota high reach forklifts to pick and replenish stock
• Putaways, bulk picking, and stock movement within racking systems
• Manual pick packing of orders
• RF scanning and order accuracy
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Note: this role is still very hands on with manual handling, being on the forklift is part of your duties but you are not solely on the forklift all day

Despatch Operators

• Working in a fast-paced despatch environment with consistent walking throughout shifts (a good way to hit your daily STEPS goals!)
• Consolidating freight onto pallets and preparing orders for dispatch
• Manual handling of goods, including lifting and moving items
• Preparing pallets for wrapping and loading
• Wrapping pallets securely to ensure safe transport
• Staging freight and assisting with truck loading
