A wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services unique to the resources industry. As one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors, CSI supports MinRes projects and external clients by providing capital infrastructure and whole-of-life operational expertise. CSI has operations in Western Australia and Queensland.
About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Storeperson to join our CSI team in Onslow on a FIFO 8:6 roster.

Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all day to day activity in the store.
- Allocate daily tasks and set priorities for the stores team.
- Train, mentor, and provide guidance to store persons.
- Receive, store, and issue materials, parts, and equipment accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of critical items
- Manage and conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
- Oversee and operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct quality inspections of goods, ensure compliance with WHS protocols, and enforce safe work method statements.
- Support workshop and site teams by providing timely material and equipment support
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area
What is required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Schedule 26 qualification
- Current HR Driver’s License with manual driving experience
- HRWL (DG, RB, LF)
- Construction Induction Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
