Hours: Monday – Friday
Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Store Officers / Container Fork Operators for permanent full-time opportunities with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.
These positions will see you working within a fast-paced operational environment supporting large-scale warehousing and container handling operations. The business is known for its strong safety culture, structured operations, and long-term employment opportunities.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across automated processing and container handling operations, while maintaining strong safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating fully automated core line operations
- Operating fully automatic dump press equipment (TriPak)
- Operating container handling equipment rated greater than 20,000kg
- Operating sortation machinery and associated equipment
- Assisting with team supervision, inductions, and on-the-job training
- Supporting day-to-day operational performance and workflow coordination
- Moving shipping containers using container fork equipment (where licensed)
- Maintaining safe work practices and following operational procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, transport, or industrial operations
- Experience operating heavy plant, automated machinery, or container handling equipment highly regarded
- Current container fork ticket/licence highly desirable
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures
- Ability to work within a fast-paced operational environment
- Reliable work ethic and strong communication skills
