Job Description

  • 8//6 Day Shift with the Potential of a 7/7 Night Shift (8/6/7/7)
  • Truck & Ancillary $75 - $85
  • Drill & Blast $80 - $90
  • FIFO - Perth to the Pilbara

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking multiple Drill & Blast and Truck Trainer & Assessors for our Major Tier 1 Mining Partner in the Pilbara. Working with a new mine site future development project - This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-conscious individual with strong leadership and influencing skills, who demonstrates a proactive approach to mentoring and developing employees.
You will be responsible for the effective delivery of training plans, ensuring all training materials remain relevant, high quality, and continuously improved. You will also monitor and enhance competency levels across all personnel within the clients production team.

  • Collaborate with Supervisors to identify and coordinate Personnel training requirements.
  • Implement technical training programs in alignment with approved plans.
  • Develop and update training materials to comply with company standards.
  • Conduct training activities in accordance with Safe Work Procedures and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Support the identification and implementation of initiatives that add value to business operations.

Role Requirements

  • WA HR Drivers Licence
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • High Risk Work Licence - LF, WP, DG, RB and Cranes - Desirable
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Organisational Skills - Effectively Prioritise Tasks
  • Work Independently
  • Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and DAS
  • National Police Clearance - Valid Within 6 months
  • Full Australian Working Rights
