RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a motivated Specialist Applicator / Trades Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis at the ALCOA Wagerup Site. Working on a 5 days on / 2 days off roster, you’ll support experienced trades across a range of civil and construction tasks, contributing to essential site maintenance and repair work.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety. Previous experience in concrete maintenance and repair is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with the willingness to learn.

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking a motivated Specialist Applicator / Trades Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis at the ALCOA WagerupSite. Working on a 5 days on / 2 days off roster, you’ll support experienced trades across a range of civil and construction tasks, contributing to essential site maintenance and repair work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting trades with concrete repair, remediation, and general civil works
• Supporting construction and maintenance activities across site
• Performing manual labour tasks safely and efficiently
• Working collaboratively within a team-driven environment
• Maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards

What You’ll Need (Essential)

• Solid understanding of assisting trades in concrete repair and remediation
• National Police Clearance (dated within 3 months)
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
• Working at Heights certificate
• Confined Space certificate
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening and meet fitness for work requirements
• A reliable, proactive nature with a strong commitment to safety
