Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Specialised Crane Technicians to join our maintenance team with our Heavy Lift Division. This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated trade-qualified technician to work on a modern fleet of cranes and heavy mobile equipment in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

As a Specialised Crane Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing our fleet to ensure maximum reliability, performance and compliance with operational needs and safety standards.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs on crawler cranes up to 1600 Ton, Mobile cranes up to 450 Ton, Franna cranes, rigid trucks, and light vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational requirements.
• Complete work orders, inspection reports, material requests, and timesheets accurately and on time.
• Maintain equipment to the highest standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to minimise equipment downtime.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and company procedures.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience working within the crane industry.
• Australian recognised trade qualification, preferably:

• Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
• Heavy Diesel Mechanic
• Or an equivalent mechanical trade qualification.

• Experience working across a variety of crane brands, including Liebherr, Franna, Tadano, Demag, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of crane hydraulics, slew systems, winches, engines, and electrical systems.
• Proven experience maintaining and servicing heavy mobile equipment.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety.
• Proof of the right to work in Australia.

Highly Regarded

• Experience in field service or site-based maintenance environments.
• HR Driver's Licence.
• High Risk Work Licences
• White Card.
• Working at Heights, Automotive Air-Conditioning certification (Not Essential)
