TRANSFORM YOUR TALENT INTO OPPORTUNITIES DESCRIPTION OF THE POST

With the support of the Automation and Controls Manager, you ensure the development, reliability and evolution of the plant SCADA systems. You plan and carry out modernization projects for control systems, including AVEVA, SurvalentOne and DeltaV, as well as the technology infrastructures that support them. You select the best technological solutions to meet needs, participate in their configuration and integration, and coordinate internal and external resources up to their commissioning. You contribute to diagnosing and resolving problems related to applications, industrial communications and data exchanges. You also ensure that solutions meet operational requirements as well as best practices in cybersecurity. As a member of the engineering team, you collaborate closely with operations, maintenance and information technology teams to ensure the availability, performance and security of the plant's critical systems.

PROFILE RECHERCHÉ

• Bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, electrical engineering, industrial IT or related field.
• Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (5 years of professional experience).
• Mastery of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, VMware and virtualization principles.
• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent expertise in industrial networking.
• Understanding of industrial networks, VLANs and OT/IT segmentation.
• Experience with SCADA and DCS systems such as DeltaV and Aveva (Schneider).
• Knowledge of Palo Alto or Cisco ASA firewalls.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to diagnose faults in critical environments.
