About the Role

With the support of the Finance Director, you will supervise and mobilise the warehouse and inventory management team, developing it, training it and achieving performance targets. You will ensure inventory accuracy, analyse data to optimise stock levels and coordinate receiving and logistics to ensure inventory availability. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, operations and the supply chain to support business continuity while tracking KPIs. You will also ensure compliance with standards, policies and safety rules and contribute to maintaining a safe and performing work environment.

Profile Sought

  • Bachelor's degree or university degree in supply chain management, business, logistics or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, maintenance or warehouse management.
  • Professional English proficiency due to weekly communications with an anglophone headquarters.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence and support major changes related to new processes or solutions.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management practices and strategies including control and optimisation.
  • Ability to work, cleanse and analyse large volumes of data to support decision making.
