IntroductionOn behalf of our client, a Tier 1 Mining Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Spare Parts (Outline Agreement) Analyst. You will be responsible for improving improving the commercial and data integrity of Spare Parts Outline Agreements. This will be a 6 month contract, located in the heart of the Perth CBD. About this roleThis role focuses on analysing spend, material usage, and supplier performance to reduce leakage, improve contracted coverage and ensure spare parts data in SAP is accurate and complete.

Create, maintain, and refresh Spare Parts Outline Agreements, ensuring pricing, materials, VPNs, lead times and units of measure are accurate Analyse purchase order, material and spend data to identify leakage, consolidation opportunities, and pricing improvements Extract and interpret SAP and system data to support Outline Agreement reviews and extensions Prepare data packs to support price reviews, lead time improvements and supply outcomes Progress identified leakage materials through Outline Agreement refresh activities Improve spare parts master data by identifying gaps, cleansing records and supporting alignment activities Support category strategies through data analysis, benchmarking and supplier performance insights Track and report savings, utilisation improvements and Outline Agreement metrics Ensure Outline Agreements remain compliant, audit-ready and maintained in a managed status Build and maintain working relationships with category teams, suppliers, planners and internal stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and system reliability Read moreIs this you? Previous analytical skills using SAP or similar ERP systems Background in Procurement, Supply Chain or Commercial Analysis Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and cost improvements High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills What we offer  Excellent negotiable hourly rate!
