About the Company

WorkPac are seeking a Smelter Technician to join a 7/7 roster for South Australia's biggest long term mining operation.

What you will be doing

  • Operates, monitors, and maintains high-temperature processing plants and reduction lines.
  • Focuses on tasks like plant control, equipment testing, and safety compliance.
  • Monitors melting furnaces, testing metal samples, and performing plant maintenance.

What you will need

  • Previous experience is advantageous
  • An uncompromising commitment to safety
  • Willing to undergo on the job training
  • LF forklift license- Preferred
