We're seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Far North Queensland. Specifically, you will be overseeing the delivery of residential subdivisions, road construction, underground services, bulk earthworks, and pump station projects.

The Role:

  • Supervise day-to-day site operations across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
  • Lead crews delivering road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, underground services, and pump station works
  • Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, and materials to achieve project milestones
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental management systems
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, site inspections, and incident investigations
  • Procure materials and assist with monitoring project costs and productivity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Mentor site personnel while promoting a positive, safety-first culture

What do you require to be successful in this position:

  • 5 – 7 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven experience delivering residential subdivisions, road construction, drainage, bulk earthworks, underground services, and pump station projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively manage crews, subcontractors, plant, and project schedules
  • Commitment to workplace safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel and work on remote projects when required
  • Current Construction White Card
  • Current Driver's Licence
