About this roleAs a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising site teams and subcontractors on volume home builds Coordinating with Project Managers, Contracts, Drafting, and Estimating teams Monitoring schedules, materials, and resources for timely project delivery Ensuring compliance with OH&S and company standards Managing site reporting, documentation, and communication with stakeholders Driving productivity, safety, and quality across all sites Read moreIs this you?
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in volume residential construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, OH&S, and site management Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
