We are actively pursuing project opportunities in solar energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), wind energy, as well as hybrid fossil fuel generation, hydrogen, and ammonia projects. As we continue to grow and adapt, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for upcoming projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Site Manager is a senior, site-based leadership role where you’ll take full responsibility for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of major energy projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate contractors, and drive performance across all site activities while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Your skills and responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all onsite construction activities end-to-end
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet project schedules
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with standards
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and drive productivity onsite
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication across project teams
- Oversee quality, compliance, and reporting requirements
Your skills and experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major electrical or energy projects
- Strong electrical background across HV/LV systems, substations, or grid connections
- Experience delivering renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind) or similar infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability managing electrical subcontractors and commissioning activities
- Solid understanding of electrical safety, testing, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage complex site operations, schedules, and technical challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, commissioning, and client teams
- Trade (Electrical) or Engineering qualification (highly regarded)
