Site Administrator - Travel & Accommodation

About the role

As the mining services contractor for Bravus’ Carmichael Mine, we’re creating long-term jobs and opportunities for regional Queensland.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Carmichael Mine. This is a busy, high-volume role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day travel and accommodation requirements for a large workforce.

You’ll need to be organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling competing priorities, while providing a high level of service to employees, contractors and visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees, contractors and guests
• Provide payroll and onboarding administration support
• Maintain rosters, records and site documentation
• Prepare reports and assist with general site administration
• Support event planning, client meetings and management requirements
• Work closely with other administrators and site teams
• Assist with general administrative duties as required

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous mine site administration experience – essential
• Experience managing travel and accommodation bookings is highly regarded
• Strong skills across Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload
• A strong customer service focus and the ability to work with a diverse workforce
• Current Standard 11, or willingness to obtain
• Current Queensland Drivers Licence
