  • Coordinate training requests, refresher training and mandatory certification renewals.
  • Administer purchase orders, goods receipting, goods received not invoiced (GRNI), and labour and parts receipting.
  • Assist with accommodation arrangements, travel bookings, timesheets and rosters, providing backup support to the Travel and Accommodation Administrator as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to site leadership, supervisors and management, including reception, document control, filing and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, training matrices and routine reports for site and Head Office.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation and minutes, and assist with office supplies, inventory and archiving.
  • Follow company policies, procedures and site safety and environmental requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach when dealing with employees, contractors and visitors.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
  • A commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
  • Experience with onboarding, training coordination, purchase orders, receipting or travel and accommodation administration will be highly regarded.

Why Join MacKellar?
