About the Role
Looking for your next long-term site administration role? Scotford Fennessy is partnering with a well-established mining contractor to recruit an experienced Site Administrator for a DIDO position based just outside Kalgoorlie.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing site rosters and workforce movements
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Processing onboarding and mobilisation requirements
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices through SAP
- Maintaining employee records and documentation
- Assisting with payroll administration and timesheet queries
- Supporting site compliance and reporting requirements
- General administration and office coordination

- Microsoft Office
About You
- Previous FIFO/DIDO site administration experience within mining
- Solid understanding of mine site rosters and workforce scheduling
- Experience coordinating travel and mobilisation
- Strong SAP or similar ERP experience
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ site administration experience in mining
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates with village, camp or utility administration experience only. Previous mining site administration experience is essential.
