Our client is a major Western Australian iron ore producer, operating large-scale assets in the Pilbara region. Its flagship operation has been producing since 2015 and exports more than 60 million tonnes of iron ore annually to key international markets including Asia.

Your new role
In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support to a busy site-based team. Key responsibilities include managing workforce requirements (rosters, scheduling, leave and onboarding), coordinating travel and accommodation, and delivering day-to-day administrative support such as meeting coordination, document management and correspondence.
You will also assist with procurement and finance tasks, maintain accurate systems and records, and support leaders and team members with general administrative requirements.
- Coordinate workforce planning, including rosters, leave tracking and onboarding
- Arrange site travel, accommodation and access requirements
- Provide administrative support including meetings, correspondence and documentation
- Process invoices, purchase orders and expense claims
- Maintain accurate records across systems, databases and SharePoint
- Support leaders and team members with day-to-day administrative needs
What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in a site-based mining environment
- SAP experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
