Northern Star Resources Kalgoorlie Operation is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kalgoorlie.

This is a residential position working a 5:2/4:3 roster, with 9-hour days. As a Site Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our site by delivering high-quality administrative and general office services across the Kalgoorlie Operations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Experience: Two (2) years office-based administration experience. High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office Software. Proven organisational and planning abilities. Ability to work extremely well under pressure. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation. Current Unencumbered Western Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence. Residentially based position in the Goldfields region.

Qualifications: Tertiary education in Business Administration, or similar completed study. Experience on INX and Pronto highly desirable. Elementary understanding of mining processes and equipment.
