About the Role

• $87,253 Base Salary + Super
• Flights, Accommodation and meals provided
• FIFO from Brisbane. Locals are encouraged to apply
• The position will also include an element of retail; service, ordering, cashier and stocktake
• You will also be expected to provide hands on assistance in other areas of the camp as required such as the kitchen, dining, tavern, and cleaning

About You / Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in administration
• Cert III in Administration or higher is highly desirable
• Familiarity with using INX or another accommodation booking system ie. SAMS within a busy hospitality or tourism environment is desirable
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
• A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders
