This organisation is a Western Australian-based, fully integrated lithium mining and refining operation, supplying battery-grade lithium hydroxide to global markets. Backed by a major international joint venture between a leading Australian conglomerate and one of the world's largest lithium procedures, the business combines strong local operational capacity with global expertise.
Their operations span the fill value chain, from a large-scale mine and concentrator in the Goldfields' region through to a state-of-the-art refinery in Kwinana, giving it end-to-end control over production and quality.
Your new role
As a Site Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day site operations within a fast-paced FIFO mining environment. Working on an 8:6 roster (Wednesday fly-in/fly-out), you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative and mobilisation processes across the site.
This position will see you utilising your experience with INX systems (InFlight and Process), assisting with the coordination and mobilisation of workers on site, and providing general administrative support to the wider team. You'll be working in a hands-on, highly organised capacity, helping maintain compliance and support workforce logistics.
- Coordinating the mobilisation of personnel to site, including flights, accommodation, and onboarding requirements
- Managing workforce movements and compliance through INX (InFlight and Process) systems
- Supporting the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and site access requirements are complete
- Providing general site administration support to operations and leadership teams
- Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and reporting across site systems
- Assisting with workforce coordination and responding to day-to-day admin queries on site.
- Ensuring all administrative processes align with site compliance and safety requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator role within a FIFO or mining environment
- Hands-on experience using INX systems (InFlight and/or Process)
- Demonstrated experience in mobilising personnel on site, including coordinating flights, accommodation, and onboarding requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and compliance data
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders across site.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a remote FIFO setting
- Adaptability and willingness to support additional days during initial training swings
